These are the babies of the Nautilus range, featuring only one driver, and one tweeter. However both are Nautilus components, so they sound fantastic and have a very detailed high end and mid range. But as one would suspect, they lack bass, and though (if set up in the room properly) they will produce low end, it will not be accurate.

My experience with these speakers was as monitors in a recording studio. Accordingly, they were not really a good mixing speaker. They are TOO detailed, which leads to very easily spending time on things that do not really matter much, at the expense of being able to discern the overall mix tone.

In a professional setting, I could see these being useful as a speaker for quick detail checks, but they are too detailed for mixing, and lack the full range needed for mastering.
