This mustard is generic, store-brand yellow mustard by Kroger. It is designed to be ‘Mustard’ for folks that just need normal, North American, Mustard. And it does not dissapoint. It tastes exactly like the yellow French’s mustard I grew up on. Conversely, the French’s mustard doesn’t taste like it used to anymore (too vinegar-y), wheras this mustard lacks the vinegar overtaste and hints more towards citrus.

It’s great, and a bargain.
