Presonus Quantum ES 2

This isn’t bad. The A/D and mic preamps sound ok. Good enough. The DAC sounds good enough. But it doesn’t sound nearly as good as the Apogee Boom. But the Boom is 1 channel of input, and costs more than this by about $25. So I dunno. This IS decent. But maybe the SSL2 is a little more exciting sounding, though probably WAY less clean and this ES 2, and the Apogee is a lot more musical sounding, though less clean than this ES 2. Just kinda lifeless sounding, to my ears.
